Disposal instructions
Information on the disposal of waste electrical and electronic equipment (WEEE) in accordance with Section 18 of the German Electrical and Electronic Equipment Act (ElektroG)
Electrical and electronic equipment must not be disposed of with household waste. The symbol of the crossed-out wheelie bin indicates the obligation for separate collection. Consumers are legally obliged to hand in old appliances at a suitable collection point. This includes, for example, municipal collection points or retail take-back points.
If a device contains batteries, rechargeable batteries, or lamps that can be removed non-destructively, these must be removed before disposal and disposed of separately.
Please note: As the end-user, you are responsible for deleting personal data on the old devices to be disposed of.
Our WEEE registration number according to ElektroG:
WEEE-Reg.-Nr. DE13513827
Take-back of old devices
In accordance with Section 17 of the ElektroG, if you purchase a new appliance of the same type, we will take back an old appliance of the same type free of charge upon request. Please contact us in advance by email at info@smarthaven.de for further information on returns.
