Return an item

Return process:

  1. Return via the Smart Haven Portal
     Visit our portal and follow the return instructions. This will ensure that your return is processed quickly and efficiently.

  2. purchase of a return label
     You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item. However, we will provide you with a return label, the cost of which will be deducted from your refund. If you would like to forego our return label and arrange the return yourself, please let us know.

  3. Address for returns :
    You will usually receive a return label with the address.

Important instructions:

  • Deadlines : Please note the return deadlines to be eligible for a refund or exchange.

  • Item Condition : Make sure the items returned are unused and in their original condition. Damaged or used items cannot be refunded.

  • Refund : Once the return is received and inspected, the refund will be processed to the original payment method used. Processing may take a few days.
