Return an item

Return process:

  1. Return via the Smart Haven Portal
     Visit our portal and follow the return instructions. This ensures quick and efficient processing of your return.

  2. Purchase a return label
    You will be responsible for the return shipping costs. However, we offer a return label, the cost of which will be deducted from your refund. (Typically, a flat rate of €4.00 is charged.) If you would like to arrange the return yourself, please let us know.

  3. Address for returns :
    You will usually receive a return label with an address.

Important instructions:

  • Deadlines : Please note the return deadlines to be eligible for a refund or exchange.

  • Item Condition : Please ensure that the returned items are unused and in their original condition. Damaged or used items cannot be refunded.

  • Refund : After receiving and inspecting the return, a refund will be processed using the original payment method. Processing may take a few days.
