Return Process:

  1. Return via the Smart Haven Portal
    Visit our portal and follow the instructions for a return. This ensures quick and efficient processing of your return.

  2. Purchase of a return label
    You are responsible for the return shipping costs. However, we offer you a return label, the cost of which will be deducted from your refund. (Typically a 4.00 EUR shipping flat rate.) If you prefer not to use our return label and wish to arrange the return yourself, please let us know.

  3. Return Address:
    You will usually receive a return label with the address.

  • Deadlines: Observe the return deadlines to be eligible for a refund or exchange.

  • Item Condition: Ensure that returned items are unused and in their original condition. Damaged or used items cannot be refunded.
