How do I know which model I have?
The Bluetooth model has the article number 120196 and can be paired with a smartphone app. The Basic model (Art. No. 120195) works exclusively manually.
The thermostat continues to heat despite low temperature – what to do?
Please check the batteries and perform a reset if necessary. Instructions can be found in the programming manual or here in the blog.v
Error codes F1 to F4 at startup?
These usually indicate a problem with the radiator valve. Remove the thermostat, check the valve, remount the device and start the adaptation run.
